Cattiva
is a new e-bike from Vrum Bike. An assisted hybrid bike that ensures
extra speed and efficiency. The idea behind the Cattiva is that you will
only get some electric power when you really need it, say for a little
sprint or a hill that gets in the way, other than that, it?s just a
normal bike, although much lighter than a regular one. When you?re going
downhill or braking just turn your pedals the other way and the
batteries will charge with the inertial movement, making sure you won?t
lose electrical juice, in fact you can get around 60kms of range, riding
around town, which is enough for most urban commutes. The Cattiva
e-bike never gets power from the grid, it?s powered by the Bike+ hub,
from ZeHus, a very smart device, in fact researchers found out that this
system increases metabolic efficiency by 30% and reduces oxygen
consumption by 20%. Italian designed, the Cattiva looks quite unique and
interesting to look at. There?s even an app to pair it with your phone
keeping you updated on its status and info, like speed, distance
